In some cases, it may not be possible to collect a debt. If this happens, we will work with you to explore other options and find a solution that works for both parties. by setting up payment plans with the debtor or collecting a weekly or mthly payment if that fails then we advise to our clients of  getting a court order instructing bailiffs or enforcement high court sheriffs to collect the debt owed.

it depends on each case to case study , and the amount that each individual is claiming for or the amount in question, is based on court costs ,we always advise our client and try to avoid going to court,

once a debtor has been taken to court and an order has been made , we can then instruct a bailiff to execute that order , or we can then pass this onto a bailiff to enforce the debt in question .
