 5.1 We  may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on our behalf , These may include bailiffs, high court agents, or research engines, to gather information to us to make sure we can deliver the service to obtain and delivering the goods and service that we can provide, Whilst we will endeavour to secure all your personal date and information will remain secure ,with your consent .

5.2  In certain circumstances we may be legally bound to share certain data and information held by us if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal requirements or have or waiting to obtain a court order or a writ or legal documents or even Governmental Authority .

7.0  INDEMNITY INSURANCE 

Viking Enforcement Solutions indemnity insurance is £500.000 in contract to clients tort or arising to the contract.

We will not be held responsible for given clients our professional advice ,on collection or debt advice and the client does not act on this , We  will always be transparent and advise out clients the best way forward in collection .this is a binding contract and is subject in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts in these  counties{.rights of a third parties act 1999} 

7.1  Termination of this contract or agreement must be given of 30 days in written notice all monies must be paid over via both parties agree to this , all information and files must comply to section 6.4 of this section .All invoices will be submitted and monies transferred within 14days of said agreement.

7.2 Changes to our privacy policy may change from time to time. If the law changes we  will immediately change or update  our site and  you will be  accepted into to our terms of our privacy policy , we recommend that you regularly check to keep yourself up to date will all policy and law.

7.3 If we do court papers for you the client there will be additional costs that will apply we will not be held responsible if any action fails in court
