7.1` TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. Agreement must be given at least 30 days notice all monies owed by both parties must be handed over within said agreement all information and files will comply with said agreement all invoices said and submitted and agreement within the 14 days of termination.

7.2 Changes to our policy and privacy policy changes within accordance to comply with legislation and will be updated accordingly and its up to all clients to read and update at there own will,

7.3 If we do court papers for the client there will be additional costs occured we will not be held responsible for any action that has failed in any court or legal battle as its up to you to provide and to argue the said facts .

7.4 If you have been taken on as a no win no fee agreement , you will still need to pay for any additional work or filing or court   papers that you have asked us to do on your behalf, regarding your case , please be awear to read our policy agreements and be fully awear of this as our fees are £265.00 per hr and additional phone calls payments and admin fees.
